Jordi Oliver Conti is a pioneer in making high-end wines of the Empordà Designation of Origin in the early 90’s. He created the first quality wines that were recognized by the international press.
After obtaining the sommelier degree, he chose varieties from all around that aroused his curiosity because of their organoleptic qualities. He proposed himself to make wines that were different and with a unique personality.
Once the optimal area and the cellar for each wine are chosen, he defines the whole winemaking process taking action in the key moments.
