White wine DO Empordà

From head to toe, as its name suggests, a full wine, local and authentic.
Made with 60% white Garnatxa and 40% Macabeo from the area of Garriguella in the Alt Empordà.
Of a particular climate, influenced by moist sea breezes and protected by the Albera mountains that provide freshness.
An area with limited water resources. And with a soil of clay and slate that helps to preserve this micro climate in order to reach the optimum ripeness of the grapes.
In this way we achieve very expressive wines, minerality rich, with strong aromas of the varieties, always following rational pruning criteria, grape kg per vine and optimal harvest time.
20% of the wine goes through french oak for 4 months, seeking for smoothness on the palate, kindness and roundness when being drunk.
It has aromas that remind minerals (phosphorus, hydrocarbons), with notes of fennel and mint, fresh grass mixed with orange blossom, acacia and almond. Honey.
It’s fresh, round and balanced, with a good performance.
