Fermented at 16° and devatted on fine lees.
Made with grapes from Garriguella and Gewurztraminer grapes re-grafted to the Sant Mori vineyard.
Very aromatic and floral wine reminiscent of roses.
The palate is broad, silky and lingering with clear rose and lychee flavors.
