These are wines in barrels that have been resting with their mothers for more than ten years and that are refilled with white muscatel as they are used up.
But for this wine to remain so special we can only bottle about 200 bottles of 0.50 per year.
On the nose, it looks like a rancio wine and on tasting it is very similar to a Pedro Ximenes.
